These Terms set out the rules for using the Sunlitlodge website and for any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms as binding. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sunlitlodge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
